KILROY WAS HERE

Kilroy was really big during World War II.  As the story goes an inspector of navy vessels being build would inscribe this symbol in an area he had inspected to confirm that it had been passed.  Troops started inscribing this on bombed out buildings, walls, urinals, everywhere, as they advanced against the Axis troops in Europe.  I wanted him to feel at home on a wall so thus the construction effort.
